Alex Johnston and Hugh Green, having been both employed and trained by H. Keith Real Estate Ltd., formed their own company in 1977. They first located in South Eglinton and moved to Riverdale in 1980. In 1984, Hugh took over the company, from a retiring Alex, and operated out of the Riverdale office until 1993. In 1993, Hugh moved the office into East York at the corner of Coxwell Ave. and Plains Rd.. As Johnston & Green Real Estate Ltd., the company has been serving client's Real Estate needs for over 25 years.
