OUR COMPANY
Alex Johnston and Hugh Green, having been both employed and
trained by H. Keith Real Estate Ltd., formed their own
company in 1977. They first located in South Eglinton and moved
to Riverdale in 1980. In 1984, Hugh took over the company, from
a retiring Alex, and operated out of the Riverdale office until 1993.
In 1993, Hugh moved the office into East York at the corner of Coxwell Ave. and Plains Rd.. As Johnston & Green Real Estate
Ltd., the company has been serving client's Real Estate needs for
over 25 years. Resale Homes, New Homes, Condos, Estate Sales
and Small Businesses are the main focus areas of the company's
expertise. Working under the Johnston & Green umbrella are
many current educated real estate professionals who have experience

HUGH GREEN,

Record (Owner)
Hugh began his real
estate career in 1973. He started with H. Keith Real
Estate Ltd. one of the largest organizations of it's time.
Along with practical experience he was trained by H. Keith
and obtained his Broker's license in 1979. Along with
Alex Johnston, he formed Johnston & Green Real Estate Ltd.
in 1980 and first operated in Riverdale. In 1986, Hugh
took over the business from Alex and in 1993 moved the
office to East York. Hugh continues his real estate
education, works in all aspects of the real estate industry.
Married with two daughters.

PAUL TURNER,
Broker
Paul began his career in real
estate in 1974. Like Hugh, he started with H. Keith
Real Estate Ltd. During his time with H. Keith, Paul
was employed in Sales and Property Management. Paul
was involved with the initial Condominiums and
Condo-Conversions. During the years of 1977 through
1979 he was involved in new home construction. He, in
1980, joined Johnston and Green and became
a Broker in 1983.
Along with his continuing education he has been involved
with many diverse sales.

RICK FLAXMAN, Sales Representative
Rick was with a
major oil company for 35 years and chose the real estate
profession as a second career. He obtained his real
estate license in 1987 and has been extensively involved
with residential properties in Leaside and East York.
Rick and his wife have been living in Leaside for over 30
years. He continually upgrades his real estate
knowledge through the various courses held by the real
estate membership community.

FRANK LABILE, Sales Representative
Frank began
his Real Estate career after completing a college degree in
1981. He brings over 25 years experience on all aspects of
Real Estate including new home construction/renovations.
His background in architectural design and interior have
garnered his clients a great source of experience and

Frank currently resides in the former borough of East York
with his family and is well known and respected in the
community. He continues to expand his knowledge by keeping
